Ok, I came up with the idea of this club when I was bored one day, and joking around with my friend here at Deviant Rake (not that's not here name at deviant, she's commander 2) about having a whole army of our favorite emoticon: 
And then I realized I wanted to start a club, not only about that, but about commenting.Ok, confused yet?
That's ok! This club is about a couple of things, here, I'll list 'em for you! 
1. Creating an army of emoticons (mostly this one:
but others too!) and having universal domination!2. Loving emoticons! I mean come on, who doesn't!? LoL!
3. Commenting. Ok, let me explain, I LOVE getting comments, as every one does, but I never seem to get enough! SO I figured one of the things we can do in this club is to comment on other peoples work. Why should u comment on peoples work, because they like it, and will then comment on your stuff!

JOINING: 
To join this emoticon loving army, u have to understand the rules, and then you have to send a note (yes, a NOTE) to emoticons-army , and just say u wanna join! But, you have to understand the rules first!
I feel so official! ------------------------
RULES: 
1. You have to love emoticons ... or at least like 'em!
2. You must enter at least one contest!</i>
3. Always leave a link to the clubs page (:icon emoticons-army: but with no spaces, or :devemoticons- army: but with no spaces) when leaving a comment on other peoples work, which u should do every time you're on deviant!
4. Understand that we want universal domination
5. You have to put our icon in your journal, or your signature ... if those ever start working again, lol! To do this just write: :icon emoticons-army: but with no spaces!

Wow, I've been so out of it lately, sorry this has taken so long to get pulled together!!! Umm ... the winner of the last contest is

REMEBER, you HAVE to enter at least ONE contest!!!!!
To enter a contest just put your piece of art work up in your gallery, and then send a note to the club with a link to your art piece. Remember, send a NOTE! If you just put a comment on the main page, I probably won't see it!

If you want to post any art on this sight, or any thing at all really (that doesn't have mature content), just ask, and send us the pic, and we'll put it up, saying who made it and what not! It's just, it would make the place look more festive if there was art up and stuff!
If you have any idea's for the club, or have any questions, or any thing really, just give a shout (aka, a comment or note .... not that you didn't already know that!
